• All products are extrait de parfum — available in 50 mL and Travel Size 2 mL — BPOM-registered and halal-certified.
• Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and may change at any time without prior notice.
• We strive to display colors, descriptions, and stock availability as accurately as possible, but do not guarantee they're free of typographical errors.

• An order is considered valid once the buyer's data is complete and payment is confirmed.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailable stock; any amount paid will be refunded in full.
• Online payments (QRIS, Virtual Account, e-wallet, and others) are processed through a licensed payment gateway provider. Payment status is determined by official confirmation from that provider.

• Orders are shipped via courier partners (JNE, J&T, and POS Indonesia) depending on the options available at checkout.
• Delivery time estimates follow the courier service and are beyond our control once the package has been handed over.
• Risk of loss/damage during shipping follows the courier's terms; we assist with the claims process when needed.
• Online checkout currently serves addresses within Indonesia only. For international delivery, contact us on WhatsApp or by email — international shipping quotes and service availability are handled manually, per order.
